Lodge Cottage is an older, character-full cottage, parts of which are 300 years old.
The cottage sleeps four people. There is a double bedroom with a four-poster bed and an en-suite shower and WC. There is also a twin bedded room (the beds can zip together) and a large family bathroom. The open plan ground floor has a wonderful oak floor. There is an open fireplace, large sofas to sink into, and French windows leading to the delightful garden.
The fully fitted kitchen with oak floor, has the usual dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. There is a table and chairs for breakfasting in the adjacent south-facing conservatory. The sitting area has a new sofa and chairs for comfort arranged by the log fire and the flat-screen TV with freesat and free wi-fi.
The dining area has seating for seven, so you can have friends to call. A travel cot, high chair and a high-sided cot can be provided if you have small children.
The property has its own walled, south-facing garden with a terrace leading off the sitting area and conservatory.
